Does Samwise take over my email account?

No. You can forward the thread you want handled. External email is sent from pa@samwi.se as your personal assistant, with you included when Samwise writes to someone else.

Does it join my personal WhatsApp?

No. You have a separate conversation with Samwise. That conversation is where you give it tasks and receive updates.

What can Samwise access?

Samwise receives the messages, files and details you send. You can optionally connect supported services such as Google or Outlook Calendar.

How do website credentials work?

When an existing account is needed, Samwise sends a separate credential link. The details are relayed to the website and do not appear in the conversation.

What does Samwise say on a call?

It introduces itself as Samwise, explains that it is calling as your personal assistant and follows the purpose you approved.

Can a stranger email instructions to Samwise?

Messages from other people do not become your instructions. Samwise checks calls, emails, spending and bookings with you.

Can I correct or remove something it remembers?

Yes. Tell Samwise the correct detail or ask it to forget something. Explicit corrections replace old information, and forget requests remove the relevant memory.

Can I cancel?

The plan is billed monthly. You can manage or cancel it through the Stripe billing portal in Samwise settings.

Your assistant can have its own identity.
