Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the Samwise website at samwi.se (the "Site") and any waitlist, early access, or preview forms we make available through it. The Site is operated by Samwise AI Limited ("we", "us", "our"), a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 17094690, with registered office at 6th Floor Manfield House, 1 Southampton Street, London, England, WC2R 0LR.

By using the Site or submitting an early access request, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or submit the form.

1. Scope of these terms

These terms apply to the public Site and the waitlist only. They do not yet govern full use of the Samwise assistant service itself. If we invite you to a product beta, preview, or live service, separate product terms, acceptable use rules, and service-specific privacy terms may also apply.

2. What the Site is

The Site is a marketing and pre-launch page for Samwise, a personal assistant service currently in development. The Site may allow you to register interest in Samwise, request early access, or view product previews and demos.

3. Waitlist registration and communications

If you join the waitlist, you may be asked to provide your name, email address, phone number, and related sign-up details. We use this information to administer the waitlist and contact you about access to Samwise.

• By submitting the form and ticking the consent box, you consent to Samwise contacting you by email or SMS about your waitlist request, early access, and related updates.
• If we reasonably identify you as located in the United States, joining the waitlist may also subscribe you to occasional Samwise email updates. You can unsubscribe from these emails at any time.
• Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access, any launch date, or any particular feature set.
• Joining the waitlist does not create a binding contract for future paid services and does not commit you to any payment.

4. Your obligations

You agree to provide accurate, current information. You must be at least 18 years old to join the waitlist or use any preview we make available through the Site. You may not impersonate another person or submit information you are not authorised to provide.

5. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the Site, attempt to interfere with its operation, bypass security features, scrape it at scale, or use it in a way that could damage the Site or impair other users' access.

You also may not use the Site, any preview, or any Samwise-related access we make available through it to:

• break the law or help another person break the law;
• generate or seek instructions for violence, weapons, self-harm, abuse, stalking, harassment, surveillance, or privacy invasion;
• impersonate another person, deceive third parties, or act without authority;
• submit personal data, confidential information, or other material you do not have the right to share; or
• test, probe, or use the service in a way that is unsafe, abusive, fraudulent, or designed to evade safeguards.

6. Previews, demos, and AI-generated material

Any product previews, demos, or AI-assisted experiences made available through the Site are experimental. They may be incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, unavailable, offensive, or unsuitable for your needs.

You must not rely on any preview or AI-generated output from the Site as medical, legal, financial, mental health, safety-critical, or other professional advice. You remain responsible for checking any information or action before relying on it.

7. Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, animations, videos, code, and product mockups, is owned by Samwise AI Limited or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Site without prior written permission, except as allowed by law.

8. Suspension, removal, and availability

We may change, suspend, restrict, or withdraw the Site, the waitlist, or any preview at any time. We may refuse, suspend, or remove waitlist or preview access where we reasonably believe there has been misuse, unlawful behaviour, safety risk, or breach of these terms.

9. No warranty

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, that the Site will always be error-free, or that any preview will be accurate, safe, or suitable for a particular purpose.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Samwise AI Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Site, the waitlist, or any preview made available through it. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Leaving the waitlist

You can ask to be removed from the waitlist at any time by emailing hello@samwi.se. How we handle your personal data after that is described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top will show when the latest changes took effect. If you continue to use the Site after that date, you agree to the updated terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
