How to use it

No app. Just message.

Send the task the way it arrives: a message, a screenshot, a forwarded thread or a quick call.

  • Message it on iMessage or WhatsApp.

    Its own conversation, in your words. It has no access to your other chats.

  • Send a screenshot or voice note.

    A school notice, a booking email or a few seconds of speech. Samwise picks out the dates and details.

  • Forward or CC an email.

    From your registered address to pa@samwi.se. Samwise replies under its own name as your assistant.

  • Or call it.

    Explain the task out loud. Samwise can also call businesses and people for you.

It remembers you

Tell it once. It remembers.

Samwise keeps notes as it works, so the next task starts with context, not a questionnaire.

Your privacy

  • You choose what it sees.

    Send a message, forward a thread or connect a Google or Outlook calendar. It doesn’t need your whole inbox, and it can’t read your other chats.

  • You’re copied on its emails.

    When Samwise emails someone for you, you’re in the loop.

  • Money and commitments wait for you.

    A clear instruction can cover a message or a call. Spending, orders and committed bookings need your approval.

  • Your information isn’t for sale.

    We don’t sell your personal information. The AI providers we use don’t train their own models on it.

  • Your account is walled off.

    Each account’s data is isolated from every other account’s, down to the infrastructure.

What is Samwise?

An AI personal assistant on WhatsApp, email and phoneiMessage, WhatsApp, email and phone. You can ask it to make calls, send emails, research information, use websites and manage a connected calendar.

Does it need my whole inbox?

No. Forward the thread or send the details you want it to use. Google and Outlook calendar connections are optional.

When does it ask me?

When it needs information or a decision. A request to call or email someone can authorise that communication. Spending money, placing orders and committing to bookings require your approval.

What does it remember?

Useful context from your conversations, such as preferences, people and details that matter for future tasks. You don’t have to explain yourself from scratch each time.

What happens when a task gets blocked?

Samwise tells you what is waiting and what it needs from you. You may need to sign in to a website or complete a verification step. It reports an order or booking as confirmed only after receiving confirmation.

Can I cancel?

Yes. Manage or cancel your monthly subscription through the billing portal in account settings. Samwise is for adults aged 18 or over.
